CERVICOTHORACIC THRUST MANIPULATION IN AN ACUTE PAINFUL SHOULDER - A CASE REPORT

Purpose: The purpose of this case study was to determine whether cervicothoracic osteopathic thrust manipulation can improve a patient with shoulder pain and restriction. Case: This is 35-year autorickshaw driver who complained an acute onset therapist had several differential diagnoses according the patients findings, however, since cervical spine accessory movement findings were significantly associated complaints, wet ried cervicothoracic-directed manipulation. And we noticed immediate improvement in symptoms following procedure. Outcomes: perception improved 4 point in10-point Numeric rating scale. Similarly, there 60 degrees 90-degree improvements active flexion abduction range respectively immediately intervention. Conclusion: concludes that spinal targeted at region alleviate discomfort.
